A Summer Wedding at Orchard River View

It was July, and I’ll be honest, it was hot. We were dressed in black, lathered in sunscreen, and luckily we had the beautiful barn at Orchard River View to keep us protected from the sun. We were ready to serve as day of coordinator at Orchard River View for our adorable couple, S & M.

Before the ceremony

The overall design of this wedding were perfectly simple and complimented our space perfectly. We started our set-up inside, throwing table cloths and runners, and placing the cute touches that our bride had gathered.

While we were downstairs setting up, our bride and her ladies were upstairs in the bright & airy bridal suite, getting glammed up by the Harrah’s team. We made sure to set up plenty of water and a few extra flowers to make the space ready for our ladies.

After the ladies were dressed & ready to go, it was time for the first look outside by the Colorado River- it served as the perfect place for our groom to see his bride. She was a stunner in her gown from Annelise Bridal Boutique.

The ceremony

We had a huge surprise planned for our wedding guests- a beautiful carriage and two black horses from JR’s Carriage to deliver our bride to her dad to walk her down the aisle. The bride waited in the carriage while the procession was sat, and had a total star moment when the carriage finally came into view from around the corner of the barn.

The ceremony was perfect, Blaine always creates personal and meaningful ceremonies for the weddings he officiates.

The rest of the party

After the official business concluded, it was time for relaxing, eating, drinking, and being merry! The Ribber provided a huge variety of delicious food, our DJ from Griz Entertainment got everyone dancing, and dessert was perfect.

Overall, this day was beautiful and so full of love.
